Mountain Mogul privacy policy
Last updated October 22, 2026
Mountain Mogul is a free ski resort building game at mtmogul.com. This page explains what the game stores and why.
What we store
- Your resort. The game saves your resort (trails, lifts, buildings, money, records) in your browser and in our database so you can play on other devices.
- Your account. If you sign in with Google or email, we receive your email address and, from Google, your name and profile picture. We use your email only to identify your account and to send sign-in links you ask for. Your name and picture are not shown to other players.
- Feedback you send. If you use Send feedback, we store your message with a snapshot of your game (mountain, in-game date, money, resort size, screen size and browser) to help fix problems. Only the developer reads it.
- What you choose to share. If your resort is public, other players can see its name, the creator name you typed, its leaderboard records, and visit a copy of it. This includes resorts played as a guest, which are marked “Guest”. Resorts start out public; you can make yours private any time in Community › Profile. Private resorts are never shown to other players.
- The developer can look at resorts. To understand how the game is played and to fix problems, the game’s developer can open a read-only view of any resort, public or private. Looking never changes your resort, and private resorts stay hidden from everyone else.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your information with advertisers.
- We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
Who handles the data
Accounts and saves are stored with Supabase. Google sign-in is provided by Google. The game itself is hosted on GitHub Pages.
Deleting your data
You can make your resort private at any time from Community in the game. To delete your account and resort completely, open a request on the game's GitHub page and we'll remove them.
